What is Spyic?
Spyic is a remote monitoring, surveillance, and control program. It's mainly used by parents to keep tabs on their children. It also has other uses like employee supervision. Spyic allows you to monitor all the activity taking place on the target iOS or Android device.
How does the Spyic Android app work?
On Android, Spyic works as a background surveillance and interception utility. What does that mean exactly? Once Spyic is installed on the target Android device, it runs in the background. It records and uploads all the activity taking place on the phone.
The target Android device doesn't need to be rooted. Most of Spyic's features work without root. You have the option to hide Spyic after it's been installed. Spyic is virtually undetectable, seeing as it uses a miniscule amount of system resources.
After you've installed Spyic onto the target device, you can access it remotely from your Spyic account. You can log in to your Spyic account from any browser. Read FAQs for Non-Jailbroken Target Devices for details on how Spyic for iOS works.
Can I use Spyic anywhere?
'You can use Spyic to monitor any device in the world — provided it has an appropriate operating system and is linked to a carrier network. Spyic will also work on target devices with consistent online access.'
What Android versions is Spyic compatible with?
Spyic works on Android 4.0 and higher.
Do I have to register an account with Spyic before I can start using it?

Will the target Android device have a visible Spyic icon in the app drawer?
After you've set up Spyic, you're given the choice to hide the icon. So no, the target Android phone won't have a Spyic icon in the app drawer, unless you choose otherwise. Also, Spyic runs in the background and is next to impossible to detect.
Is Spyic legal?
It's legal in the US if you're using it to monitor underage children or company devices issued to employees. Also, Spyic can be used to monitor your personal devices. We recommend checking local laws before you use Spyic just to be on the safe side. This also applies if you live in any other country besides the US.
Can Spyic be installed remotely?
Spyic can't be installed remotely on target Android devices, no. You'll be able to do it for target non-jailbroken iOS devices, though. Note that Spyic for non-jailbroken iOS devices doesn't offer the full feature set.
How do I install Spyic on a target Android device?
To install Spyic, you'll need brief physical access to the target. Check if it's legal first before you get your hands on the target device. Otherwise, you could land in legal hot water.
Then, root the target device. Rooting is essential if you want to use all of Spyic's features. Rooted features include Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Gmail access.
You'll need to ensure the "Allow installs from unkown sources" option has been ticked. You'll find the option in the Android Settings app.
Make sure Wi-Fi or mobile data is enabled on the target device. Finally, log in to your Spyic account from any other device. Congratulations! You can now start monitoring remotely.
How do I uninstall Spyic on Android?
For an Android device, go to Phone Settings>Security. Tap on Device Administrators>Update Service>Deactivate. Then, go back to the Settings menu. Finally, go to Apps>Update Service. Find Spyic and choose Uninstall.

How often does Spyic update the monitoring log?
Spyic updates the data log every 24 hours for target non-rooted and non-jailbroken devices. For rooted or jailbroken devices, you can choose the update frequency, which can be as less as 10 minutes.
Be aware, though, the more the update frequency, the higher the battery drain. We recommend setting the update frequency to once every half a dozen hours.

Yes, it does. Spyic needs the internet to send you all the info it records. You can get updates off of a Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.

Will the jailbreak process void the warranty? Is there is a way how I can reverse the process?
You will void the warranty on your device if you jailbreak it. However, jailbreaking is reversible. Apple may still repair a damaged device if you reverse the process.
What is rooting for an Android device?
Rooting is the process to get root or administrator-level access to the Android operating system. Spyic needs extra permissions to give you access to some advanced features like Geofencing.
How can I see if monitoring software has been installed on a device?
There are no surefire ways to tell if monitoring software is installed on a device. Check your storage for suspicious files, see if your phone behaves erratically, including sudden restarts, slow downs, and too-fast battery drain.
Can you help me with finding a phone by its number so I can find a lost phone?
